Considering how tumultuous my high school years were, I can't believe I ever finished this project.

But I did, and it lasted as a nice, functional piece of furniture for a long time.

I recently decided to give it to our local public library, which had no chess set up prior to my donation. I like the idea of it being used publicly, and hope many people derive enjoyment from it being there. Not Buying Anythinghttp://notbuyinganything.blogspot.canoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3144616579963110201.post-15823589149101614342014-05-09T13:38:02.679-07:002014-05-09T13:38:02.679-07:00The one thing I've had the longest is my baby ...The one thing I've had the longest is my baby blanket. I still sleep with it to this day, holes and all. Otherwise, the longest I've had furniture is since getting married 8.5 years ago. We still have our mattress and quilt. I think that's sadly the only things we have left from those days, but I was also big into purging, and we moved around a lot. Now, I'm trying to invest in nice pieces that will last a very long time.Megynhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09237520120571515528noreply@blogger.com
